Grab Your Chicken
You can use a whole chicken, parts, stuffed breasts, or tenders to make this recipe. The marinade will be the same but the cooking methods will differ. For the quickest and easiest jerk chicken, I use tenders and cook them on a grill. If I'm not rushed for time, I use a whole chicken or chicken parts and cook them in the oven or slow roast them on the grill.

I love my jerk chicken to be as spicy as I can make it. The burn feels so good. Enjoy the pain!
